Still stuffed!!

Thanksgiving was more than I could ask for... It was full of delicious food, family and friends, and laughter. I opted out on the Black Friday shopping, except the tanning salon I go to had 50% off all packages so I stocked up on spray tans for the summer.

So today kicks off the Christmas Holiday for me. I'm watching Christmas movies and cleaning until I have to leave for work later. I LOVE this time of year.

I made these AMAZING pumpkin cupcakes for today. It's the first thing I've baked that it actually from scratch (not from a Betty Crocker box). I was definitely nervous but they came out awesome! I followed this recipe I found on Honey & Jam's blog, Pumpkin Cupcakes with Maple Cream Icing.

Rain Rain.. don't go away...yet

I don't know what it is with me and making blog posts on rainy days, but today is another example of just that. Which was fine by me because I got to wear my leopard print rain boots <3

I'm definitely feeling the Christmas spirit this year. My family tagged our Christmas tree over the weekend at Wading River.

Thanksgiving is tomorrow! I'm spending the day with my boyfriend and his family. I'm baking some cupcakes! I'll be posting pictures of them if the come out good!

It's just one of those rainy days

It is POURING outside. I walked out of class to my car and I was drenched. It would be the one day I actually brought my computer to class. It's that rainy day when your umbrella is useless. So I'm hanging in my sweats and actually making a blog post.
